If you are typing a message on your Apple iPhone, and have made a mistake, simply shake your phone and you will be prompted if you would like to undo your last typed action.

I actually never knew this one and found it out accidentally as one does with so many things on the Apple iPhone.

Could not have said it better.
This is a simple yet useful tip.

When you are writing a note or message with the virtual keyboard on your Apple iPhone and need to access theĀ “punctuation keypad”, simply press the “.?123″ on the keyboard and without lifting your finger select the symbol you want, then lift your finger.

The symbol you select is inserted into your note or message and the keypad automatically returns to it’s normal mode.

I really try to stay away from such obvious blogs, but today I have to express my frustration. I was working (in a coffee shop), as per usual and needed to go online. I usually use my Apple iPhone that is internet tethered to my laptop and when Vodacom is performing it actually works pretty well, however today it was the other side of Vodacom 3g. The side, where although you are connected to the internet, you cannot access anything. This is such a common thing for me on Vodacom that I am considering an alternative option to mobile internet connectivity.
Here are some ping results of what I was experiencing early tonight. The first to Vodacom.co.za and the second to Google.

At the end I couldn’t do what I wanted to do online at the time. Vodacom, you suck!
