This is a simple yet useful tip.

When you are writing a note or message with the virtual keyboard on your Apple iPhone and need to access the  “punctuation keypad”, simply press the “.?123″ on the keyboard and without lifting your finger select the symbol you want, then lift your finger.

The symbol you select is inserted into your note or message and the keypad automatically returns to it’s normal mode.
