I decided to watch this again and so far have only watched the pilot and a few of the first episodes. Not as fresh and as fast paced as current series out there. Also there is a lack of an underlying story as each episode features its own story. It is still too early to tell, but thought I would mention it in case there is any retro series viewing you wanna do. Millennium was created by Chris Carter (the same guy who created X-Files).

Not surprising that a new forum has sprung up on the local South African forum scene. Still in its infancy, Broadband Lounge (BBLounge) already promises to be a fun forum with some new and exciting features that I have personally never seen on a forum.
The forum, created by the mastermind behind Hellkom, has a leaning toward the broadband industry in terms of topic as even the name of the forum suggest. However it does have a multitude of categories ranging from sport to total forum randomness to share your views in.
A great feature on the forum is the arcade area that features playable arcade classics like tetris, snake and space invaders. In order to play any of the games you need to have posted 3 times or more on the day you wish to play. What is cool is your nick is connected to any high score which is already creating some competition with Tetris.
If you are looking for a forum made in South Africa for South Africans I suggest you head on over to www.BBlounge.co.za, join in the fun and become a member.

In a country plagued by crime and poverty one has to wonder where individuals find the time and money for these initiatives. The website is basically condemning current restrooms signs of females due to the skirt being too short. Visit there website here for more information. There is also an article on News24 here.
I also caught some street pole adverts on my way home, but couldn’t take pics :/
Personally I see this as some marketing stint in the same vain as lonely finger viral campaign created for 5fm. I am not sure if this campaign isnt going to backfire on whoever started it, but we will have to see how it concludes itself.

Old news I know, but I would like to share my elation on hearing this news when I did. There was a great website that showed each feature as it was being revealed and I cannot wait.
The obvious ones are there:
- Cut and Paste
- Landscape emailer
- MMS
But there are some cool ones that I think are worth mentioning. Being able to tether the phone to use as a modem is a big one. I am interested to see how customisable they have made the front end for some kind of modding or theming if any although this was not mentioned that I saw.
There is a short blurb about it here and I am sure Apple’s grand marketing demon will make us all aware when 3.0 is ready. Until then who else thinks their browser needs an “open in a new window” function?

After changing hosting providers so that I had more control over my neuromance server I decided to switch to Linux for various reasons. One fo those reasons being the awesome opensource tools available for a linux server.
After playing for some time I have decided wordpress is the answer. Other CMS systems I tried were, Drupal, Joomla (1.0 + 1.5), siteframe (sp) and they all come across as either too complicated or bugged out with no real reason why.
I am not entirely sure yet what direction neuromance is going to take however as I evolve some ideas you will be sure to see them happening right here
